By accessing our website, booking appointments, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

All medical aesthetic treatments are performed by a Registered General Nurse with 30+ years NHS clinical experience. Prescription treatments are provided under the supervision of a qualified independent prescriber registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).
Services are provided at our professional treatment room in Swanscombe, Kent, with selected holistic therapies available as mobile home visits within a 10-mile radius.
All services are for personal use only and are intended for clients aged 18 years and over.
3. Age Restrictions and Identification Requirement
ALL SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS AGED 18 YEARS OR OLDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
By using our services and making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request valid photographic identification (passport, driving licence, or national identity card) at your first appointment to verify your age. If you cannot provide acceptable proof of age, we reserve the right to refuse service and any deposit paid will be forfeited.
This age restriction is a requirement of our professional indemnity insurance and is non-negotiable. Attempting to book services while under 18, providing false age information, or using another person's identification constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in:

Forfeiture of any deposits or payments made

Being permanently banned from using our services

Potential reporting to relevant authorities if fraud is suspected
Parents or guardians cannot consent on behalf of minors. We do not provide any services to individuals under 18 regardless of parental consent or accompaniment.
4. Medical Disclaimer and Treatment Limitations
4.1 Practitioner Qualifications
All medical aesthetic treatments are performed by a Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with over 30 years of NHS clinical experience. We are members of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN) and the British Medical Aesthetics Society (BMAS). All holistic therapies are performed by a qualified and experienced practitioner.
4.2 Prescription Treatments
Prescription-only treatments (Anti-Wrinkle injections containing Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers) are provided under the supervision of a qualified independent prescriber registered with the General Medical Council (GMC). UK law requires a face-to-face consultation with the prescriber before these treatments can be administered. Remote prescribing is illegal and will not be provided under any circumstances.
4.3 Not A Substitute For Medical Care
Our services are cosmetic and wellness treatments. They are NOT a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified medical doctor. We are not medical doctors and do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. If you have medical concerns, you should consult your GP or appropriate medical specialist.
4.4 Health Disclosure Requirement
You MUST disclose your complete and accurate medical history including:

All medications, supplements, and herbal remedies you are taking

All known allergies and previous adverse reactions

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive status

Failure to disclose accurate health information may result in serious complications and voids any liability on our part. You are solely responsible for ensuring all information provided is truthful, complete, and up-to-date.
4.5 Contraindications
Many treatments have contraindications (conditions or circumstances where treatment should not be performed). Common contraindications include but are not limited to:

We reserve the absolute right to refuse treatment to anyone for any reason including but not limited to contraindications, medical history concerns, unrealistic expectations, or if we believe treatment is not in your best interest.

Before any treatment, you will be required to sign a detailed consent form confirming:

4.7 Clinical Photography
For injectable treatments (Anti-Wrinkle, Dermal Fillers, Lip Augmentation), before and after clinical photographs are MANDATORY. These are taken for medical documentation, treatment planning, and outcome assessment. Photographs are stored as part of your confidential medical record for 7 years. Photographs will NEVER be used for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes without separate explicit written consent.
4.8 UK-Licenced Products
We use only UK-licensed, CE-marked medical devices and products from reputable manufacturers. We do not use counterfeit, unlicensed, or non-approved products. All products are stored, handled, and administered according to manufacturer guidelines and professional standards.
4.9 Possible Side Effects
All treatments carry potential risks and side effects. Common side effects may include:

Mild discomfort or tenderness

Temporary numbness or sensitivity

4.10 Results Not Guaranteed
Individual results vary significantly based on numerous factors including age, skin type, lifestyle, health status, adherence to aftercare instructions, and individual biological response. We cannot and do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or duration of effects. Treatment effectiveness depends partly on factors outside our control.
Before and after photographs, testimonials, and case studies represent individual results and do not constitute a guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
4.11 Aftercare Compliance
You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to follow aftercare advice may compromise results, increase risk of complications, and void any liability on our part for unsatisfactory outcomes.
4.12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

By accessing our website, booking appointments, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

5. Booking, Payment, Deposits, Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 Booking Process
All treatments are by appointment only. Appointments can be made via our website booking system, by phone (+447479675995, by email (contact@phoenixcb.co.uk), or via WhatsApp (+447479675995). By making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Deposit Requirements
For treatments priced at £100 or above, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your appointment. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking via bank transfer to the account details provided in your booking confirmation email. If deposit is not received within 24 hours, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
For treatments under £100, no deposit is required. Full payment is due at the time of your appointment.
The deposit is deducted from the total treatment cost. The remaining balance is payable at your appointment via bank transfer or cash.
5.3 Deposit Non-Refundable
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances except where Phoenix CB cancels your appointment.
Deposits are not refundable if:

You cancel your appointment (regardless of notice period)

You fail to attend (no-show)
-
You arrive significantly late and treatment cannot be completed

You are refused treatment due to contraindications or failure to meet age requirements

You choose not to proceed with treatment after consultation
5.4 Cancelation Policy - Standard Treatments
Cancellations and rescheduling require 48 HOURS notice (not including weekends).
WITH 48+ HOURS NOTICE:

Your deposit (if applicable) transfers to a rescheduled appointment within 3 months

You may reschedule to any available time slot
-
No penalty or additional charges
LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE:

Deposit is forfeited (non-refundable and non-transferable)

You are welcome to make a new booking with a new deposit
NO-SHOWS (Failure to Attend):

You may be refused future bookings

You will be marked as a no-show in our system
5.5 Cancellation Policy - Video Consultations
Free video consultations have a separate, shorter cancellation policy:

24 HOURS notice required (not 48 hours)

May only be rescheduled ONCE

Less than 24 hours notice or second cancellation = Cannot rebook

No-shows = Cannot rebook
5.6 Rescheduling Limit - Video Consultations
Video consultations may only be rescheduled one time. If you cancel or fail to attend after rescheduling once, you will not be permitted to book another video consultation.

Cancellations must be confirmed by us. Simply not attending does not constitute cancellation.
5.8 Practitioner Cancellations
If Phoenix CB needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered:

Rescheduling to another mutually convenient time, OR

Full refund of any deposit or payment made
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via bank transfer to the account you paid from.
5.9 Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late:

Your treatment time may be shortened to stay on schedule for other clients
-
You will still be charged the full treatment price
-
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and deposit forfeited
For video consultations, if you join more than 5 minutes late, the consultation may be shortened or rescheduled.
5.10 Payment Methods
We accept payment by:

We do NOT accept credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP).
5.11 Payment Security
Bank transfer details will be sent to you via email from contact@phoenixcb.co.uk after you make a booking. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of payment instructions, please call +44 7479 675995 to verify before making payment.
5.12 Pricing
All prices are as stated on our website at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change but any changes will not affect bookings already made. Prices include VAT where applicable.
5.13 Packages and Courses
Some treatments are sold as packages or courses (e.g., 6 sessions of Body Contouring). Package prices must be paid in full before the first session unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing. Package treatments must be used within the timeframe specified at time of purchase (typically 3-6 months). Unused sessions in packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Consumer Rights and Cooling-Off Period Waiver
6.1 Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers typically have a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel contracts for services made at a distance (online, by phone, etc.) and receive a full refund.
6.2 Waiver of Cooling-Off Period
By booking an appointment for treatments with Phoenix CB, you expressly request that services begin before the end of the 14-day cooling-off period.
You acknowledge and agree that:

Services will be performed at your scheduled appointment time (which may be within 14 days of booking)

You understand that by requesting immediate performance of services, you waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period
-
Once treatment has been performed, you have no right to cancel and receive a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations

This waiver is made knowingly and voluntarily
This waiver applies to all treatment bookings. If you wish to preserve your cooling-off rights, you must schedule your appointment for a date at least 14 days from your booking date and not request earlier performance of services.
6.3 Cancellation Before Treatment
If you cancel your booking BEFORE your scheduled appointment (even within the 14-day period), our standard cancellation policy applies (48 hours notice required, deposit non-refundable if less than 48 hours notice).
6.4 Your Statutory Rights
This waiver does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty services or services not performed with reasonable care and skill. If services are not provided as described or are performed negligently, you retain all rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Mobile and Home Visit Services
7.1 Service Availability
Selected holistic therapies are available as mobile home visit services within a 10-mile radius of Swanscombe, Kent (DA10 1ED). Mobile services include:

Massage Therapy (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone)

Cupping Therapy (all types)
-
Acupuncture
-
Selected other holistic treatments (subject to availability)
Medical aesthetic treatments (Anti-Wrinkle injections, Dermal Fillers, PRP, Dermapen, Chemical Peels, etc.) are NOT available as mobile services and must be performed at our treatment room in Swanscombe.
7.2 Travel Fee
A travel fee of £20 applies to ALL mobile appointments.
This fee is:

Non-refundable (even if appointment is cancelled or rescheduled)

Payable in addition to the treatment price

Due at time of booking along with treatment deposit (if applicable)

Covers travel time, fuel, and transportation of equipment
7.3 Geographic Radius
Mobile services are provided within a 10-mile radius of Swanscombe, Kent DA10 1ED. We reserve the right to refuse mobile service requests outside this radius or to locations we deem unsuitable or inaccessible.
7.4 Client Responsabilities For Mobile Visits
When booking a mobile service, you are responsible for providing:

Accurate and complete address with clear directions and parking information

A clean, warm, private space suitable for treatment
-
Access to hand washing facilities
-
Adequate space for treatment table/equipment setup (approximately 2m x 2m clear floor space)

A quiet environment free from interruptions
-
Notification of any pets that will be present
-
Safe and legal parking nearby (we cannot pay for parking)
7.5 Unsuitable Environments
We reserve the right to refuse to perform treatment or to leave without performing treatment (with forfeiture of deposit and travel fee) if:

The environment is unsanitary or unsuitable for treatment

There is insufficient space for equipment setup
-
The environment is not private or is subject to frequent interruptions
-
We feel unsafe or uncomfortable for any reason
-
You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
-
Any other circumstances make treatment inadvisable
7.6 Mobile Appointment Cancellation
Standard cancellation policy applies (48 hours notice).
Additionally:

Travel fee is non-refundable under all circumstances

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, both deposit AND travel fee are forfeited
7.7 Scheduling
Mobile appointments are subject to availability and scheduling constraints. We may not be able to accommodate last-minute mobile bookings. Please book at least 3-5 days in advance where possible.
8. Video Consultations and Remote Communication
8.1 Free Video Consultations
We offer free 20-minute video consultations via Zoom for clients who wish to discuss treatments before booking an in-person appointment. Video consultations are for information, initial assessment, and treatment recommendations only.
8.2 Limitations of Video Consultations
Video consultations are NOT a substitute for in-person consultations and have significant limitations:

Cannot replace mandatory face-to-face consultations required by UK law for prescription treatments

Practitioner cannot physically examine skin, assess treatment areas, or perform hands-on assessments

Cannot determine final treatment suitability without in-person evaluation

No treatments can be performed remotely

No prescriptions can be issued via video consultation
8.3 Prescription Treatments
UK law REQUIRES in-person, face-to-face consultation with a GMC-registered prescriber before prescription treatments (Anti-Wrinkle injections, Dermal Fillers) can be administered. Video consultations can provide general information about these treatments but CANNOT replace the mandatory in-person prescriber assessment. Remote prescribing is illegal and will not be provided.

Being in a quiet, private location for confidential discussions

Testing your technology before the scheduled consultation time
8.7 Technical Difficulties
If you experience technical difficulties and cannot join the consultation:

8.8 No Recordings

8.9 Third-Party Platform
Video consultations are conducted via Zoom Video Communications Inc. By participating in a video consultation, you consent to Zoom's processing of your data in accordance with their privacy policy (https://zoom.us/privacy). We are not responsible for Zoom's data processing practices.
8.10 Professional Conduct
During video consultations, you must:

Be appropriately dressed

Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully

Be sober and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Be in an appropriate private setting (not while driving, in public places, etc.)
We reserve the right to immediately terminate any video consultation where the client is behaving inappropriately, unprofessionally, or in a manner that makes us uncomfortable.
8.11 Booking Policy
Video consultations follow a separate booking policy:
