PERFECT FOR: - First-time clients exploring options - Understanding which treatment suits you - Getting answers to your questions - Honest advice with no pressure to book WHAT HAPPENS: You'll receive a Zoom link 24 hours before your consultation. We'll discuss your goals and I'll recommend the best treatments for you. NEXT STEPS: After your consultation, you can book your chosen treatment online or by phone if you'd like to proceed. IMPORTANT: Video consultations are for information only. UK law requires in-person prescriber consultation for Anti-Wrinkle injections and Dermal Fillers. Remote prescribing is illegal. Age 18+ only.
Cancellation Policy
VIDEO CONSULTATION POLICY Free video consultations have a separate policy to accommodate as many clients as possible. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING - 24 hours notice required (not 48 hours) - With 24+ hours notice: You may reschedule to any available time - Less than 24 hours notice: Consultation forfeited, cannot rebook - No-shows: Consultation forfeited, cannot rebook RESCHEDULE LIMIT Video consultations may only be rescheduled ONCE. After one reschedule, if you cancel or no-show, you cannot book another video consultation. LATE ARRIVAL If you join more than 5 minutes late, your consultation may be shortened or rescheduled. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS You are responsible for: - Stable internet connection - Working camera and microphone - Quiet, private location - Testing your technology before the call LIMITATIONS This is an informational consultation only. Cannot replace mandatory in-person prescriber assessment for prescription treatments. AGE REQUIREMENT Must be 18+ to book. Photo ID may be requested. Questions?
