For First Visit: Preparation & Aftercare
For the best experience, arrive with clean skin (no makeup for facial treatments). Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Avoid caffeine for 2 hours before your session. Please bring a list of any medications you're currently taking and valid photo ID (required for first appointment - we welcome clients 18+).
Your first appointment includes a thorough consultation where we discuss your health history, goals, and any concerns. I'll explain the treatment process in detail and answer all your questions before we begin, ensuring you feel completely comfortable and informed.
For prescription treatments (Anti-Wrinkle, Dermal Fillers), you'll also need a separate consultation with our qualified prescriber.
For injectable treatments (Anti-Wrinkle, Dermal Fillers, PRP, Mesotherapy, Dermapen), yes - I take before and after photos for your medical records. These help track your results and are kept confidential. They're never used for marketing without your written permission.
Most treatments have minimal side effects. Depending on the therapy, you may experience temporary redness, mild soreness, or sensitivity. I will provide you with detailed, personalised aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results and comfort.
Aftercare is tailored to each treatment. General advice includes staying hydrated, avoiding strenuous exercise for 24 hours, keeping the treated area clean, and avoiding direct sun exposure. Specific instructions will be provided for your chosen therapy.
Results vary beautifully by treatment:
Massage
Immediate relaxation, with deeper muscle relief often felt within 24-48 hours.
Cupping
Visible marks fade in 3-7 days, with benefits being cumulative over a course of treatments.
Facials & Peels
Immediate glow, with long-term improvements over consistent treatments
Anti-Wrinkle
Results appear within 3-7 days, last 3-4 months
Dermal Fillers
Immediate results, fully settled in 1-2 weeks
PRP & Mesotherapy
Gradual improvement over 2-3 months as your body naturally heals personalised aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results and comfort.
Booking & Payment
A £50 deposit is required to secure all appointments for treatments priced at £100 and above. This deposit is deducted from your final treatment cost. It is refundable only if you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice.
Deposits are paid by bank transfer within 24 hours of booking. I'll email you the bank details and payment reference. Your appointment is confirmed once I receive your deposit.
Bank transfer for deposits, cash or card for the balance at your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (within 48 hours) or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. For appointments under £100, a late cancellation fee may apply. We kindly ask for punctuality - late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in shortened treatment to stay on schedule for other clients.
Age Policy
We welcome clients aged 18 and over for all treatments. Please bring valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card) to your first appointment.
Pregnancy
For your safety, many treatments are contraindicated during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Some treatments are safe and nurturing during pregnancy, while others must wait.

Prescription Treatments
Anti-Wrinkle (Botulinum Toxin) and Dermal Fillers are prescription-only medicines. They require a prescription from a qualified medical prescriber.
You'll need an in-person consultation with our prescriber (face-to-face at our clinic) before treatment. Remote or telephone prescriber consultations are not permitted.
You'll have an in-person consultation with our qualified prescriber who assesses your suitability and issues a prescription if appropriate. This consultation is included - no extra charge.

No - prescriber consultations for Anti-Wrinkle and Dermal Fillers must be conducted in person for your safety and legal compliance. However, your initial free consultation with me can be online to discuss whether these treatments are right for you.

Yes, if the treatment is suitable based on our discussion, you can book immediately via our website or I can book for you over the phone.
However, prescription treatments (Anti-Wrinkle, Dermal Fillers) still require an in-person prescriber consultation before treatment - this is a legal requirement.
No, video consultations are NOT recorded unless you provide written consent.
If recorded (for clinical documentation only), recordings are stored securely and treated as confidential medical records.
